Our long-standing reputation has allowed us to expand. Duties:

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team with a high level of professionalism and with the client’s best interests at the forefront. Initiative, good judgment, and a strong work ethic are the keys to success.

Quote follow-ups, increase charter sales, establish and build long-lasting relationships with charter clients, work with management on charter projects, track fleet movements, and be in constant contact with clients’ needs.

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful attitude

· High level of attention to detail

· Ambition, drive and self-motivation

· Ability to negotiate effectively while building relationships

• Experience with Flight Operations System (FOS), Avinode, Microsoft Excel/Outlook and DocuSign helpful but not required.
